One of the most talked about audio launches in recent past was the music release of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavanan’. Though the Tamil and Telugu versions did not have a launch in such a scale, there will be an informal launch of the audio in Chennai for both.
Besides the music launch, this will also be called as a ‘promo nite’ according to insiders. The people, mostly media personnel, will be given a sneak peek in to Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus on 14th May at the Auditorium in Lady Andal School, Chennai.
Sources add that the songs will be played live in the presence of A R Rahman. The movie’s cast and crew will be present on the occasion. Known to all the movie will be released in Tamil as ‘Raavanan’ and in Telugu as ‘ Villain’.
