However, the ace music composer maintains that composing for Indian movies will always be his priority.
So, when the music composer was asked about his favourites among the songs that he has composed so far, without batting an eyelid, ARR said that Narumugaye… (Iruvar),Â Ennavale Adi Ennavale… (Kadhalan),Â Margazhi Thingal Allava… (Sangamam), Kadhal Theenda… (Udhaya) andÂ Veerapandi Kottayile… (Thiruda Thiruda) were his top picks in Tamil.
Looks like Rahman is one of the few artistes who don’t forget their roots despite soaring high!
