Kochadaiyaan is getting bigger by the day. If Endhiran’s audio was launched in style in Malaysia, director Soundarya Ashwin and makers Eros and Mediaone, have gone a step further.
They are planning to release the music of the Rajini-Deepika starrer Kochadaiyaan in Tokyo. There are big expectations for AR Rahman’s music.
It is common knowledge that Superstar Rajinikanth has a huge fan following in Japan. That apart, according to an official note, a multi-city premiere of this action adventure, which has been shot on performance capturing technology on the lines of Avatar and Tintin, is being planned across Los Angeles, London and India.
It is learnt that the Tamil satellite rights are being assigned to Jaya TV, while the Hyderabad-based Lakshmi Ganapathy Films has secured the Telugu rights.
The makers have also tied up with Karbon Mobiles to launch 5,00,000 Kochadaiyaan mobiles to celebrate the release of the film.
The Kochadaiyaan mobiles will have exclusive screensavers and images from the film, along with the trailer and the film’s signature tune.
The high-profile cast of the film includes Jackie Shroff, Sharat Kumar, Nazzar, Shobana, Aadi and Rukmani.
