Gautham Vasudeva Menon and his Escape Artists Motion Pictures and RS Infotainment have sold the Indian theatrical rights of their forthcoming Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya to Udayanidhi Stalin and his Red Giant pictures for a fabulous amount.

Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya is now confirmed to release on February 19 worldwide.
