- Tech Front would run the, “Super Fan or Crazy For Rahman” Facebook application (hereinafter called the “Program”) shall run on RahmanIshqFacebook page; wherein each participant shall be called as a “Contestant”.
- Details of the Program:
- The Program will be effective from 23rdAugust, 2013 to 15thOctober, 2013.
- “Super fan – Crazy for Rahman” is about a contestant expressing why he is the biggest Fan of AR Rahman in a fun/creative manner via posting Videos/Photo/Text/Sound clip
- Bestrated entries having a best Wacky content would be eligible for winning the prizes of the contest. The contest prizes are as follows:
- 1st Prize:1 Contestant would stand in a chance to fly in to Ahmedabad Concert and meet Mr. AR Rahman
- 2ndPrize:top 10 Indian Winners get passes for the Ahmedabad Concert
- Eligibility criteria for participation in the Program:
- The Program shall be applicable for individuals who are:
- Residents of India, Citizens of India living abroad and any one who has a valid passport from across the world
- Persons having age of 18 (Eighteen) years or above.
- The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Program:
- Employees of Technology Frontier Pvt. Ltd
- Employees of ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd
- Employees of any other partner organization who are involved in making of the Concert “RahmanIshq”
- The Program shall be applicable for individuals who are:
- Program entries must be received after 9:00 a.m. on 23rdAugust, 2013 and before 11:59p.m 10th October 2013. Entries not received within such time/tenure shall not be considered for the Prize.
- Technology Frontier reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
- The Contest Winner shall be announced on the 15th of October and Technology Frontier would sponsor the 1stPrize winners Air ticket, Hotel and Transfers to the Ahmedabad Concert. However Technology Frontier would not be responsible for arranging the winners VISA to India.
- If the contestant is denied a Visa he ll not hold rights to claim any damages from Technology Frontier.
- There would 10 winners for the 2nd Price and each of them would be given 2 Premium tickets for the event at Ahmedabad on 27th October. However the contestants needs to arrange their travel and other expense and Technology Frontier would not be responsible for the same.
- The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non transferable and cannot be encased under any circumstances.
- Contestant hereby agree and undertake not to hold Technology Frontierand/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that Contestant may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the Program or by participating in the Program. This Program is subject to force majeure conditions that are beyond the control of Technology Frontier.
- The Program cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Technology Frontier, subsisting or announced at a future date by Technology Frontier.
- Technology Frontier reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the Contestant.
- Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Program, by way of fake or duplicate profile or profiles may result in termination of Contestant participation in the Program in addition to any other rights or remedies Technology Frontiershall have whether in law or equity against Contestant.
- Failure by Technology Frontier to enforce any of its rights at any stage against Contestant does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Technology Frontier(including its Directors, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the program.
- If any terms and condition of the program found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision, unless it is practically not possible to administer the program.
- Decision of Technology Frontier on all aspects including with regard to administering the Program shall be final and binding on the Contestant.
- In case of any issues related to the Program, Contestant shall e-mail their query to respective email id.
- Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
- The terms and condition of the program shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of the program shall be referred for Arbitration to a sole arbitrator to be nominated by Technology Frontier and the decision of the said Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all. The place of arbitration shall be Chennai, India and the language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out hereinabove, the Courts at Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the program.
